CH Minkitty's Desiree, a champagne mink, delivered her second litter on July 29th, 2007.    
The father is Rocky Raccoon, a natural mink.  Desiree had three kittens, a Blue Solid, Champagne Mink and Natural Point.  All girls.

Kittens open their eyes at about 10 days - sometime sooner.  The color starts to come in at about that time.  
It still takes a while longer to fully determine the color and pattern of the kittens.

I have never seen a kitten buyer have so much fun getting their new kitten as Tina. It was sheer joy.  This is Tina's and Bill's second Tonkinese.  The little blue girl will live in Rochester with her aunt Mika, a platinum mink female.

Caryn and the natural point girl
The Natural Point girl will live with Caryn in the Columbus area.  She also will be sharing her home with another Tonkinese.  I find that most of the Tonkinese pet owners that I have met own two.  That's nice as tonks are very social cats and really like the companionship of another tonk.       
 
I'm keeping the Champagne Mink Girl and will be showing her as a kitten starting in January 08.  If you see me at a show be sure to say hi and I'll introduce you to Just Janis.
